Returns & Exchange Policy
*Please note that our online return policy may differ from our in-store policy. For all purchases made online you are acknowledging you understand the return policy stated below.
All regular priced items that are in unworn/new condition the same as it was sent to you, with all tags attached and original packing/boxes (for products that come boxed), may be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY within 14 days of receipt.
*we do not offer refunds for online orders unless the item we shipped to you was damaged or a wrongfully shipped item on our part. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but if you have received a wrongfully shipped item or an item arrived defective, please contact us within 7 days so we can rectify the issue.
Returns MUST be authorized before sending them back to us, please contact us prior to setup your return. We cannot guarantee if you send your item back to us without authorization that we will be able to offer an exchange/credit and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
All items marked sale or during a promo/sale event are FINAL SALE!
Items shipped internationally are also final sale.
Store credit will be in the amount of the item returned, plus tax (if applicable), minus the cost of shipping (if applicable).

Our in-store policy
Unworn regular priced merchandise may be returned for up to 7days from the date of purchase for a full refund (with original receipt) EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within10 DAYS of original purchase. Tags must be attached.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hosiery, jewelry, hats or SALE items. These items are FINAL sale. Gift receipt must accompany return for a store credit or exchange. Return exceptions are made for gifts.
Christmas gifts may be exchanged with the gift receipt until the following Jan 6. No exceptions. No returns on Boxing day.
